How to Create an Email Account in cPanel
Create professional email addresses (like you@yourdomain.com) directly in cPanel.
1. Open Email Accounts
Log in to cPanel and go to Email → Email Accounts, then click Create.
2. Enter the details
- Choose the domain and type the username (the part before @)
- Set a strong password
- Set a mailbox storage quota (or unlimited)
Click Create — the mailbox is ready immediately.
3. Access your new mailbox
- Webmail:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail - Or set it up in Outlook / your phone using IMAP — see the Webmail category
You can create forwarders and autoresponders from the same Email menu.
