How to Access and Use Webmail
Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser — no setup required.
1. Open Webmail
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmailorhttps://yourdomain.com:2096
2. Log in
Enter your full email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) and its password.
3. Choose your webmail app
Select Roundcube for a clean, modern interface. You can set it as the default so you skip this screen next time.
4. Everyday use
- Compose, reply and organise mail into folders
- Manage contacts and set an auto-responder
- Access Settings to create a signature
