How to Configure Email on Outlook and Mobile (IMAP/SMTP)
Use these settings to add your Cloudesta email to Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or your phone. IMAP keeps mail in sync across all devices.
Incoming mail (IMAP)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail (SMTP)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
- Authentication: required — use your email login
Username and password
- Username: your full email address (you@yourdomain.com)
- Password: the mailbox password you set in cPanel
Tip: you can find exact settings any time in cPanel under Email Accounts → Connect Devices. Prefer IMAP over POP3 so your mail stays synced across devices.
