Common questions
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes — that is the point of the product. Tell us the domain when you order and we will send you the DNS records to publish at whoever manages it. You do not need to move the domain to Cloudesta.
Why is there a minimum number of mailboxes?
The lower tiers are priced for teams, so Starter begins at 3 mailboxes and Business at 2. Professional has no minimum — you can buy a single mailbox. You can add more mailboxes at any time.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and the billing interval. Yearly billing saves up to 33% and is charged once for twelve months; monthly is charged every month. The features are identical.
Can I move my existing mail across?
Yes. Free migration from your old provider is included on every plan. On Professional you also get priority migration assistance, which means we schedule the move with you and handle the cutover.
How do I manage mailboxes after setup?
Mailboxes, aliases and DNS are managed from the admin panel at portal.zyroxi.com, using the login we send you once your account is created.
How long does setup take?
Normally within one business day of ordering. Mail starts flowing as soon as the DNS records you publish have propagated.
